Between 09:18 and 10:27 UTC on 3 November, requests to the GLM 5.3 model failed with 502/503/504 errors. The cause was a service degradation at Fireworks, the upstream provider for GLM 5.3, which is tracked on their status page. All other models were unaffected, and the Aside API itself stayed healthy. The issue cleared on its own once the provider recovered. No action is required.
